Beginners & Drop-ins Welcome

This workshop is appropriate for beginners, yet with enough detail to be equally suitable for those with more experience.
THE PRINCIPLES OF ASHTANGA YOGA:
Breath, alignment & meditation join together at the core of our body; this is the internal foundation of Ashtanga Yoga. Meditation is developed by consciously deepening our connection with our core. By continuously relating our alignment and our breath to our core, we make more progress physically, while simultaneously experiencing an infinitely deeper sense of fulfillment from our yoga practice.
 
When we place our awareness on deepening our experience of being centered, then our practice of Ashtanga Yoga will not only purify and strengthen our body, but our mind too will become more focused and clear – in Ashtanga Yoga this forms the basis of our spiritual evolution.
